SRF Extends Share Buy-Back

According to the Economic Times of India, tire-cord maker SRF Ltd. has revised an its offer dates for a stock buy-back program. The offer will open on July 2 instead of June 16, and will continue through April 24, 2009. Under the program, SRF will buy back its own fully paid-up equity shares from existing shareholders.
