Phillips Carbon Black Gets New CFO

India’s Phillips Carbon Black, a subsidiary of RPG, announced that Jatin Kapoor joined the company as chief financial officer as of September 10, 2010. Jatin Kapoor replaces Altaf Jiwani, who has become the executive director of a separate division of the company.
