The
Carbon Black Quarterly Newsletter (CBQN) is published four times
per year and provides an update on conditions in the global carbon
black industry, including supply and demand, capacity expansions,
industry news, and pricing. The pricing report provides quarterly
and monthly contract prices for major grades of carbon black for
the United States, the European Union, and Brazil, as well as monthly
spot prices for China. Grades covered include N110, N220, N234, N326,
N330, N339, N550, and N772 (note: not all grades are provided for
all regions; contact Notch for details on grades by region).
The CBQN also includes a detailed update on global supply and demand,
including year-to-date figures based on the latest quarterly data
and full-year forecasts for the current year, with a comparison to
the previous year's performance during the same period. Data cover
all major countries as well as regional and global totals, and include
carbon black capacity, utilization, production, and apparent consumption.
Each issue also includes revised forecasts, capacity developments,
status of pending projects, and industry news.

for the global carbon black industry. Published annually, the Carbon
Black World Data Book provides an up-to-date and comprehensive overview
of the $9 billion carbon black industry, focusing on global supply
and demand, capacity, utilization rates, plant expansion and modernization
programs, pricing, foreign trade, market share, restructuring, feedstocks,
and trends in major applications.
The latest edition was published in July 2010 and is fully revised
and updated. Data cover all years from 2000 through 2009, with projections
for 2010 and forecasts for 2011, 2015, and 2025. |
